Department: Supervision Team
Reports to: Team Leader
The main role of the Insolvency Administrator will be to manage a large portfolio of Protected Trust Deeds. As part of the Supervision Team, the role will involve the preparation of annual reports to creditors, completing annual reviews for clients, creditor services, handling client queries, review of client changes in circumstances, asset realisations and all ad hoc matters that arise requiring our attention.
All tasks must be undertaken ensuring that the company’s focus on providing an excellent level of customer service is always maintained, with an emphasis on meeting and exceeding the expectations of our clients and other stakeholders.
- At least 1 year’s experience of administering Protected Trust Deeds is essential for this role
- Certificate of Proficiency in Personal Insolvency (CPPI) is desirable
